Quebec/UK games industry subsidy: should the US do anything about it?

So, it seems UK wants to lower taxes for the computer game industry. Quebec has a subsidy. I wonder if there's any basis in either case for a WTO filing against either Canada or the UK by other countries.

Sadly, many countries lower taxes for preferential industries. It's actually part of Rick Santorum's stupid economic plan.

Quebec's subsidies are certainly bad and laughable, but presumably, at some point the gaming industry will get big enough there that they aren't going to be able to afford that kind of subsidy.
