I watched this a night or two ago. The language was quite entertaining. Does the Brittish government actually operate that way? :eek:

Anyway, for those who haven't seen it, the film chronicles the interactions of the communications and state department people (bullying, back stabbing, deception, etc) during the push to invade some middle-east country, in which the US and UK are the principle partners. Clearly its intended to parrot/parody the foolishness that must have gone on to get us into Iraq. Its got a lot of colorful characters likely intended to mimic real people and its got some very creative language, all flowing from the mouths of brits.

Yes. In the same way that Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins is an accurate depiction of an Australian.

It was a great mix of politcal satire and comedy of errors, I really enjoyed it.

Not sure who the Brittish Government are, but I doubt the British government operate that way. :o
