However, the wishes are a bit ... surreal as just this morning my grandmother died, passing peacefully in her sleep. Which will make our family meeting on Saturday (which was supposed to be a gathering celebrating my 40th birthday) at least partially a wake - we're still doing that, though, because we're all of the opinion that she would have been the last person to call off the party :)
