Trump surprised his aides and the (R) party by saying that, because they have no plan. Other than repealing the entire ACA via the courts, with no replacement. But he will "protect pre-existing conditions". That's the plan. Wait, maybe he won't get to it until his second term in 2021....

Healthcare will be a top priority in 2020 elections -- the GOP will need something more than "Obamacare is bad", or empty Trump slogans.
Any guesses on what that might be?
