The food imports one is the most infuriating because Chavez' socialist policies destroyed several local food industries, which led to a surge in imports. Except those imports would often rot on the docks under the weight of bureaucracy and ideology.
Surprisingly I haven't seen as much Chavez-love on Facebook from my socialist friends. I think even they realize, at some level, that he was a failure.

There is a stretcher literally right at the bottom middle of the photo above the firetruck, and there is an EMS vehicle in red parked between the silver and white SUV's in the bottom right.
