Lottery tickets should be be reclassified as stupid taxes, thus reducing the percentage of Americans who are said to pay no tax. :downcast:
PA lottery dollars are used predominantly for our Elders. Covering Medicare gaps in healthcare, funding Senior Centers, Respite Care for caregivers, Meals-on-Wheels, para-transit buses to commercial shopping centers, etc.Quote:
