Moore accurately predicted the 2016 election and is now warning about the enthusiasm gap. In American politics there is almost no crossover between Republicans and Democrats (at least recently). What matters are the small % of swing voters who tend not to be specifically aligned to either party. The second thing that matters is how much of your base shows up to vote, and that's where enthusiasm comes in. The core Trump supporter is massively enthused for 4 more years. However there is little enthusiasm for Biden among the Democratic party base. Will this change the outcome in most states? Probably not but could it change the outcome in a few swing states? We'll have to see.
If you think that people aren't enthused to see the back of Trump I think you'll be much mistaken.

What Minx said. Also, being right once is not evidence of expertise, especially when the probability of being correct is 1 in 2. There are probably chimpanzees who also predicted the correct result in the 2016 election. The reality is that you have to be right for the right reasons to claim any kind of a special talent/knowledge. I suppose if someone was to correctly predict a dozen events, they might be worth paying attention to, even if they don't know how they got them right. But 1 lucky guess?
There are also a whole industry of conmen who repeatedly make dumb predictions. A vast majority of the time they're wrong and no one cares (because of course they'd be wrong). Then they get something right and suddenly it's newsworthy; all the dumb predictions are forgotten. It's like the economists who predict a recession every single year and then people think they're a genius because they happened to be right the year it did happen.
