I know what changed the direction of the forum, but I think most people here seem alright with what's going on, so who am I to push for anything else? It's not what I want, but it might be what others want. It must be, since the internet is so full of the like. Sometimes more meaningful discussions still spring up briefly on the margins at least.

I'm curious, is it the same stuff I complained about earlier, or something else? I gave up trying at some point but I think I might be a net negative by now, insofar's good discussion goes. Trying to get everyone here going in the same direction seems to be like herding wet cats into a plastic bag
