First problem, this isn't federal funding. There might very well be stipulations in the Indiana code about what the funding can be used for, but I have a feeling it wouldn't matter, as this is simply you muddying the waters.
Second problem, is that it's like I said before, (and you failed to address then) you are trying to have it both ways. If these funds do not go toward providing abortions then *I can't see how you can possibly be arguing that Indiana is limiting access to abortion*.
Furthermore, Planned Parenthood hasn't gone out of business and closed up shop in Indiana, it has been receiving support from donations. Funny how that works, isn't it?
You seem to believe that various private organizations and groups have a right to uninterrupted public funding, regardless of the reason. Why is that?
