Hmm, didn't the Madoff case have more than one person going to jail? Still, even if so, I agree with GGT's premise, which you (Loki and Cain) are possibly deliberately missing -- far too few people go to jail for financial crime when common sense dictates that such a small amount of people could not have carried out said crime on their own.

Common sense isn't very common or very correct. In this country, we rely on something called evidence.
