I'm not going to argue, that was bull shit. I do get the feeling the guy was either on something, hard of hearing or developmentally challenged. The instructions to straighten his legs was not a complicated one. Either way he was no threat and I agree he should not have been tazed.
Thank goodness it was Tazer and not a gun though right? One of the major reasons I think Tazers are good, sadly liberals often push back and don't want cops to have that sort of gear.
