Where should I spend my "Golden" years?

With world crisis we do not even know where will we be in 10 years.
You may think about where to get:

1. A source of income
2. A place to live suitable for your mobility
3. Affordable medical care
4. Access to assistance in case of emergency

Not sure where is the best place for that.
