No disrespect here at all but without more intimate details to the contrary, it was luxury not necessity.

I don't mind paying taxes...if that means better schools or infrastructure. When I get on SEPTA, it doesn't make me feel better that seniors only pay ONE DOLLAR due to lottery funding.
