Not to mention that this was an inevitable result of Ginsburg refusing to retire.
Let's not forget:
McConnell blocking Obama's pick
Pushing through a sexual predator
Ramming through RBGs replacement days before an election
Nobody doing anything about Thomas hiding his wife's involvement in the insurrection.
Well of course they are all satisfied. They wanted this. And Ginsburg is dead so she can't see it. But Kennedy let himself be convinced he could retire because Trump admired his legacy, and I agree with GGT that this Court has dismantling a bunch of other "it's MY body and MY life" protections on their agenda. Material largely relying on jurisprudence written by Kennedy. Although, oddly enough, abortion itself is probably where he waffled the most himself

This shit just keeps getting funnier, 10/10 entertainment value.
Reading sources like that is why you are what you are, Lewk. The attempt to rationalize the use of ivermectin shouts stupidity or gullibility.
It's almost like he is showing why legal access to abortions is so important. He is soooo close to self awareness.
Then you realize that his entire political stance is based on whatever makes women and minorities suffer the most.
You go go listen to the Joe Rogan / Sanjay Gupta interview. Joe was prescribed it by his doctor, a human medication for a human. Regardless of the efficacy of ivermectin, the fact that CNN continued in their attempts to smear him shows just how untrustworthy the media is.
Bear in mind that he is a horse's ass, perhaps not surprising that he has strong feelings about horse medicine
Do you think Lewk honestly believes that Rogan is an average joe? Or do you think he purposely ignores that he is one of the media elite that he rails against and can buy pretty much any prescription that he wishes? Assuming of course its all legit, seeing how this is based off of an instagram short where he peddled half a dozen debunked kitchen sink "treatments". Those self made controversies seem to be his only content, being the dollar store version of Stern that he is.
Do you guys realize that Lewk is trying to distract you, and it's working? Focus on the terrible thing that just happened: we found out about peoples rights being taken away too early, and it spoiled the surprise. Just took all the fun right out of it. The leaker needs to fry.
Texas now plans to challenge Plyler V Doe, based solely on what was leaked with this abortion opinion.
Plyler V Doe is what guarantees public education.
It's genuinely remarkable how fucking grotesque these halfwits are. It takes a lot of sustained, coordinated community effort to create people who are this grotesquely stupid.
I was reading on how Alito's draft opinion unexpectedly uses jurisprudence based on substantive due process, something which is normally anathema to his wing of the Court. That explains the emphasis on why this ruling should not be taken to create precedent outside of abortion, they don't want to see substantive due process elsewhere. But they have little reason to use substantive due process here in the first place, it's not necessary to overturn Roe. It or something similar might be required if they want to clear the road for using judicial authority to ban all abortions throughout US jurisdiction via declaring laws permitting abortion to be a violation of the protection against deprivation of life without process of law. All kinds of a stretch and itself bad law but. . . there's really no discernible reason for Alito to be endorsing substantive due process.
Louisiana is now trying to define life as starting at fertilization, not conception. Wants to ban most forms of birth control. Oh, they also want to criminalize miscarriages as a felony murder, which means those women won't get to vote after a conviction.
This isn't about protecting a life, this is about controlling women.
Fuck off you stupid cunt
Hey at least they don't let adults marry kids under 16 since 2019, that's progress
You're genuinely the dumbest motherfucker I know. How you manage to keep the lights on and put food on the table is just beyond me.
Add Missouri to the dumbduck list with an abortion trigger law. And theirs would also target fertility clinics
You know this isn't my argument right?

"Only niche groups tend to care about how Americans discuss gender and pregnancy—including whether it’s better to use the term pregnant people instead of pregnant women. But those groups care a lot. Representative Cori Bush of Missouri used the term birthing people in a hearing, causing a mini-uproar on social media. “When we talk about ‘birthing people,’ we’re being inclusive. It’s that simple,” the pro-abortion-rights group NARAL tweeted in her defense."
So…GOP was looking to steamroll into the Senate and House…now mange to galvanize the Democratic base. This could cost them gains they were looking to make.
Fidiots.
