Unless, of course, you also see healthcare insurance as everyone paying a share of what's essentially determined in a big part by luck, and everyone having health insurance makes that more fair (and definitely a lot more fair than some people having insurance, some not, and anyone who isn't and gets bankrupt is essentially bailed out.
