Sal didn't resist. Someone's perspective doesn't change reality. Garner resisted. That isn't based on perspective we actual video footage that exonerates the officers of any claim that Garner didn't resist.

No. He didn't steal and he wasn't violent. He surely didn't deserve to die.

Unless Garner stole things in the past I don't think he deserved to die either. The police were absolutely in the right to take him down after resisting and the death is an accident from that point. (Again note that didn't die via suffocation but through a heart attack that had a number of contributing factors). The lesson here is don't resist arrest and there won't be tragedy.

Fact: Sal didn't resist. Officers may have perceived resistance but he did NOT in fact resist.

Fact: Garner resisted.

I have never stated that someone accused of a crime is automatically guilty. In fact haven't I posted numerous stories of homeowners who are up on charges for shooting criminals?

That kid didn't steal either, nor does he have any record for stealing, hasn't stopped you from gloating. There are NEVER facts in the heat of the moment, Lewk. There are perceptions and reactions and you deciding AFTER the death whether you approve of those perceptions based on how well you like the person even though it has no bearing on the situation or how the cops or other people came to their decisions to kill others.

That's because it's not whether they're accused that makes them guilty, it's whether you think they're middle-aged, middle-class white people.

Lewkowski you dumb uneducated twit, his heart ultimately stopped functioning due to the choking and the restriction of his chest and his chances of survival were directly influenced by the incompetent management by both police and EMTs. At least two experts have assessed the death as a homicide attributable primarily to asphyxiation (damaged windpipe, prone position with asshats on his back) while none have made a persuasive case for it being caused by an accidental primary myocardial infarction.

When the fuck are you going to give up your pathetic defense of criminal incompetence? why are you so interested in defending failure? If you'd spent half as much energy on educating yourself instead of finding excuses maybe you wouldn't... actually no nevermind, I suspect your fate was sealed a long time ago.
