Given that the practice started several months ago and is now expected to stop, I think that, if anyone was laughing, they were laughing at you while you were being led by the orange loser.

Seems like China is going to formally abolish democracy in Hong Kong. References to Hong Kong having a different system have been replaced with 'patriots govern in Hong Kong in official documents.
