That's one unhappy worm.
Right now in the midwest, this is happening.

Dammit. I need to fly to Chicago tomorrow.
We just had 50 mile winds and nothing else (well, it rained for most of the night, but wasn't particularly bad). :(
We had a brief moment of sideways rain at about 1:00pm. At around 4:30 as I drove home there were some sweet clouds over Detroit and down river. But they rolled away and let the sun shine. No worries.

Can't read the article at work, but congrats SuperMarioMan.
:D today is a good day
Hey, cool!...gratz dude. :D
We need the same for Yurope!
"Mother and I's?" "Mother and I's?"
RIP English. :(
PS Game over man. Game over.
I doubt it. Any time you put an "and" between a noun and a personal pronoun, you should be able to remove the "noun+ and" and have the pronoun still make sense. "Your mother and my vacation" is correct, the test being "my vacation," not "I's vacation."
Of course, this rule is constantly violated. Consider the object of a preposition. Nobody will say "Is the present for I?" But it's amazing how many people will say "Is that present for Illusions and I?" It should be "Illusions and me," but the conjunction confuses people's conjugation.
Is conjugation the correct word for pronouns? Huh. :bulb:
That "I's" hurts my eyes and my ears and I am not even native English speaker.
Ugh, Mariah Carey. She and her melisma seriously damaged pop music.
Though I suppose if I had some nice cleavage, I too would give it a scratch and sniff now and then. Oops! Are we on live?
Why do you doubt it? It seems to be a pretty consistent experience for people my age that their middle schools teachers mistook the fact that because "Me and Blank" was improper that "Blank and Me" was also always improper. I can't fathom why you're amazed how many people will say "Is that present for Illusions and I?", but can't possibly believe its due to being taught it that way throughout middle school. I mean really? :bored:
