Indeed. Funny thing is that Chloe had with her a teddy called Boo. Didn't think at the time to call out Go for the eyes Boo.

Destiny...I could be a sucker, but I actually like it.
Regarding Destiny: I'm a bit annoyed by the lack of a proper group finding system - if I want to experience the advanced content, I have to find some "friends" first.
Not an easy thing to do if none of your friends own a PS4 and the people that do own one are your pupils. The game itself doesn't offer an easy way of joining a "guild", for lack of a better term.
That is a major complaint. For the Vanguard strikes, you do get teamed up, but not the Raids?
Trolling on a forum board looking for teammates (yet I post here :) ) is not my cup of tea.
Heroic strikes also require a pre-formed group.
Finally played and subsequently finished Metro 2033. Really intense, very unforgiving and really good. Apprantly, one thing Russians do really well is bleak post-apocalyptic fiction.
Just, you know, stop taking control away from the player would ya? Oh, and the FoV is kinda funky.
7 Days to Die.
Minecraft & Zombie apocalypse. Pulled into it by some friends who had the game, it's actually fairly interesting and has potential.
I have a dedicated server up if anyone else is playing and interested. It's semi-private, so it's only populated late nights/early mornings PST, but it's always available.

Shadow of Mordor. Interesting that a game that gets more annoying the more you die is actually this much fun. But the name of the game is all wrong. Can't decide if it should be called Orcs Must Die: Middle Earth Edition, or Middle Earth Clicking Simulator 2014.
Picked up Endless Legends off the steam sale. It looks like it has a bit of depth to it, but unfortunately I've crashed to the desktop 3 times today and just stopped bothering.
Got the middle child a 2DS for christmas. Now that testing is done and she finally has her room is order I think we're going to start playing some Pokemon. Not sure where to start her at though, maybe X and Y since I haven't even opened those yet.
Red and Blue. :o
Started playing lego harry potter years 5-7, it's fun. Pretty similar to the first years, but enough new stuff so it isn't a boring replay. Plus the lego humour is always fun :)
Still playing FFXIV - they just released Patch 2.5 - good stuff!
Hitman Absolution is $1 on humble bundle (well, part of a whole bundle, really), I guess that's worth it?
Yeah, its worth a buck at least. I didn't have to many complaints over it.
Mainly heard that its a lot more linear than the older games, but we'll see!
There was this trilogy. I had to get back, back to play the last part. There was lot's of shooting, and killings, and there was the Payne.
Is there anything worthwhile that you can win from that game?
Dragon Age, Inquisition.
Bloody engaging.
PSN in the US has South Park Stick of Truth for $5. Biggest price drop to date, so I'm downloading it now to play. I'm suspecting its a pricing error, it doesn't show up in my download list on the site, I had to go through the PS3's account management to force a download.
Extremely shallow and light on content, but fucking hilarious the first time you experience a joke. Not so hilarious when you hear it a hand full of times more in the same sitting.
Found lots of dildos, a naked chick, kicked a bums ass, classic southpark stuff.
Yeah I enjoyed the game, but it's not something I'll likely replay any time soon. And it was very easy too, most fights weren't very challenging. Fun though!
Currently playing Ori and the Blind Forest. Beautiful game but it's the Dark Souls of the Metroidvanias.
Utterly unforgiving and quite hard.
Can't wait for Bloodborne tomorrow!
Finished Max Payne 3. Soon starting with Cities : Skylines.
Installing this very moment. But I think I will at least try one city standard.
Pillars of Eternity. It's pretty buggy right now, but it's otherwise a great game.
You sure like your isometric dungeon-crawlers ...
I have enjoyed all two of them from the last five years!
For a change (not) I'm back on Crusader Kings 2. The Charlemagne update last year added tribal mechanics which I find quite fun. Provides a different spin on the early game and the conversion from tribal to developed (I went Republic rather than Feudal) is challenging as you lose your tribal troops when you convert and become the holder of very weak lands with the potential to grow. Provides an interesting period of consolidation rather than endless growth.
Also quite like the Way of Life update which allows you to change your focus every five years giving a bonus to stats and sometimes new actions. My favourite that I only switch to when its convenient is Intrigue that gives an ability to spy on people, which I like to use to spy on a particularly troublesome vassal in order to find a legitimate excuse to imprison them - or slander them.
What I find annoying is that if you start in the earlier time periods, the map never ends up looking it does if you start in later period.
I'm not too bothered about that, the whole purpose of starting is surely to change history, not witness it?
Yeah, but you don't get to see most countries be created. Or if some Empire forms, it almost never goes away. I expect to change history in my corner of the map, but I want to see some level of realism elsewhere.
Yeah the new tribal mechanics work well for breaking down kingdoms/empires but for traditional feudal kingdoms/empires the odds of them ever disappearing are slim to nil. That's a shame.
