He said he didn't have qualms about breaking laws that interfere with consenting adults engaging in mutually beneficial agreements, where potential harm or risk is known up front. I'm fairly sure he used "immoral" as a term relative to hampering individual freedoms, that the higher "moral" was the liberty to make our own decisions/choices, including any consequences, instead of lawmakers deciding for us. (If that's incorrect or incomplete, maybe he'll post to clear it up.)
