Spawnie posted the same thing. He gets no warning.
I point this out to Tim, and he concedes and my infraction is removed.
I then read the BEEF thread again for old time's sake and see that Timmy actually POSTED in it :flail:

The picture I informed that particular member to stop posting was a very large image that stretched the post vertically, and it also had swears that were not screened on the image. There were some nudity as well. To make it worse, he was spam posting it in several threads. This sort of behavior and image content is not allowed, and it wouldn't have been allowed even under the former rule system Atari had. I would not have said anything about a regular cat picture being posted.
