I cant beat Waw on veteran
The fact that a gem like the 'irony' thread is wasted on that Other Place.
It's 5 AM and I can't sleep. Nothing strange there except I would greatly enjoy my day off more if I could actually sleep.
Due to Christmas/New Year/general council laziness/a freak blizzard (worst weather in 50 years) we had 2 weeks ago, we haven't had our bins collected since before Christmas.
Got 2 big wheelie bins, a black waste one and a blue general recycling one and both have been full for weeks now. Typically they're more than enough for the 2 of us, but right now my house is full of waste/recycling as I don't have time to go somewhere to dump it right now and we've got no way to bin it :(
Less than 24 hours before my exam on MRI scans :(
I hate finding bugs the day of release. :x
Silver lining, beats finding bugs the day after release.
Same here.Quote:

I can't find a dummer for my band :headbang:
But Crow, you'll feel so much better once you're over the withdrawal.
Yeah, just right now it sucks.Quote:

Yeah, just got married last month..guess that could go in this thread too hehe..;)
The money thing is definitely a factor, it's getting silly now.
$5.50~$6.50 depending where you go.
At the airport, the news vendor guy was charging $9 a pack!!
Ridiculous.

Windstorms!
Tree blocks the bridge, have to take sea bus, arrive to class 1/2 hour late and extra tired.
Dressers that have to be lowered from a third floor balcony Because your friends' building has really narrow, low-ceilinged stairways that twist sharply.
On the bright side of life, I didn't have to help move it in last year.
Forked out for a new microsoft mouse with the blue tracking light thingy the other day, after the scroll wheel on my last microsoft mouse jammed up and stuck fast. Lasted 6 years tho.
New mouse, the pointer occasionally sticks and jumps about. Not sure if it's during page load or HD access or what, but it's doing my farkin head in. Becoming a real pain. I can't return it to the supplier either as I threw out all the packaging. :sulk:
I was supposed to have an exam today. Instead of making it, I was throwing up in the bathroom :(
I can't take it again for another 10 weeks or so :(
Oh no!
Didn't we teach you not to get drunk before exams?
I feel very hungover, but I didn't even TOUCH booze last night, and went to bed at 11!
I once did make an exam while intoxicated, and I did pass that one :P
There's your answer, then. Drink more.
We practice at each others houses, but I think I may have found a drummer anyways. Getting a drum kit is the proublem :headbang:Quote:

Wow! I was just bitching about paying $5.00 at the grocery store when I can still get them at LLS for $4.70!
I got Jesus spam.Quote:

At least it was Ecclesiastes
Learned some grim news from a friend, and don't know what to do with it.
Besides the bad news, it irks me, no--it hurts me-- to be told something and then be expected to keep it quiet.
