Make their services available exclusively through the DMV. Nothing gets nothing done faster than the civil service, especially if its an essential service that everyone uses, fair and fitting punishment, also if everyone has access for $5 monthly fee, the information gained loses value so there is that too, the only way to destroy an information stealing market is to flood it with free information...Quote:
