Lewk will claim that they're immigrants fighting deportation, they're trained to lie and coached in how to do so by lawyers and other immigrants. Which is true. Of course, as near as I can tell ICE agents are also trained to lie.
It should obviously be investigated however even if abuses are found that shouldn't change the deportation issue.
