Default Urgent need for police school charity

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/0...n_1192412.html

This was a depressing story that clearly highlights the urgent need for charitable donations to help educate police officers. Do you know of any such charity? I couldn't decide on the most appropriate police madness megathread candidate.

Prisons are dangerous places, can't be too careful with violent inmates as these poor folks found out.

These stories have little relevance to the story in the OP

I'm providing a little bit more context to why police and prisons guards take extreme measures with violent prisoners.

Except that this case involved a sick and completely restrained man in a state of delirium. He needed medical attention. There are any number of healthcare professionals who could have helped them handle the situation appropriately. The actions of the cops in this case was caused by total lack of training which led them to use completely inappropriate extreme measures. That's, like, a hallmark of not knowing what you're doing: overkill. The problem is compounded by total lack of accountability.

I'm not excusing the behavior I'm providing context for why violence like this occurs. When you deal with dangerous animals day in and day out you're going to err on the side of beating then on the side of letting them kill you.

Education, my hairy brown asshole. This is what happens when you use violence to get your way every time someone doesn't immediately comply with your orders. Beat on an old man for being confused, and he might die. This shit needs to treated as what it is - aggravated assault and manslaughter. Anyone who needs "education" to tell them that wailing on an ill senior citizen could be fatal has no business being charged with the use physical force, or even breathing my fucking air.

Even cops aren't dumb enough to not know that; they just don't give a fuck. And because we let them get away with it, and suffer their lame justifications for why they needed to assault an ill senior citizen to death, cops regularly kill the very people they're allegedly charge with protecting. Funny how that works.

I'm sure a fully restrained guy with a hood is a real threat and might kill you...

To be fair, cops are generally incredible cowards and pussies, so maybe they did feel threatened by an ill, confused, restrained and hooded senior citizen.

    What dsiconnect?

He worships cops (maybe as the result of severe head trauma or a tumor), so no excuse is required/any justification is enough. He hates faggots (and anyone else he can classify as a sinner), so no reason is sufficient.
