Headphone recommendations?

So I finally am going to replace my old pair of cheap headphones with something a bit more substantial. I'm looking for a pair of good studio headphones meeting these basic criteria:

- Around ear design that's comfortable to wear with glasses
- Durable
- Ideally foldable for travel
- No noise cancellation, no batteries
- Relatively good fidelity in sound production (rather than artificially amping up the bass)

Price is obviously relevant but not a major issue; I'm figure it will retail in the hundreds of dollars range. Suggestions?

I can't vouch for their comfort with glasses, but they meet the rest of your requirements (though they don't fold very small).
