No. Both are nuclear armed so like in the cold war there will be conflicts and skirmishes but no all out war.

Or. Sigh. If it does get super-hot and snowball out of control, a nuclear exchange. One likes to think they would not even consider it. But... one can imagine. I hate the idea of testing nuclear deterrence like this (reminds me of Cuban Missile Crisis), but maybe having the two countries armed with nukes will keep them at relative peace.

I'd classify that more as a conflict/skirmish like I mentioned than an all out war.
