Good lord. So I had only quests on my journal which were +1 or more levels than my current level in Velen and Skellige. Decided to continue the main quest for a bit - and, goddamit, another area!

I haven't even seen everything in the former two areas!

Plus it's astounding how much grey areas they're implementing in those quests - Lewk would get an apoplexy. Sometimes it really is a choice between two evils and most of the times you're not really sure if there's a lesser one. And if there is, which of the two it actually is.

I mean, make the "wrong" choice at one point of the story line and you'll discover later that you're directly responsible for the eradication of a village.

Game throws that at you right away. The quest the three crones give you is a lose lose. Either save the tree and destroy a village, or kill the tree and sacrifice the children. So fucked up.

Not to mention the consequences to the Bloody Baron.

But I'll have to wait a bit before continuing. My PSU died yesterday (at least I hope it was the PSU) and with our postal service currently being on strike, Amazon would take until Wednesday to deliver a new one.

So I have to decide: Buy a new one locally, pay bit more and have two PSUs if something else was broken - or wait for Amazon and be able to return the PSU in case it turns out that this wasn't it.

Wait, hold on, 5760x1080.....what kind of setup is that?

    A triple 1920x1080 monitor setup, I'd guess.

yes. not much benefit in a game like witcher, so I may go down to a single monitor to bump my gameplay up to 60fps at ultraish settings.
