    ...which means that we need to spend money to ask irrelevant questions several times a year to a one-person company; ie: "oh noes, tewwowists, let's waste money!". That's always the thinking.

    Writing about wasteful gov't spending or redundancies in process is one thing, but that's not a very good argument against all gov't stimulus spending during recessions. Just that it should be targeted and forward-looking.
