    Not much surprise, but Yemen has joined the unexpectedly long list of nations this year to have their long-term dictator step down. Well, announce he is stepping down in next few days, won't hold my breath yet on who/what replaces him.

    Agreed — isn't this the third time he's said he would step down? Granted, since then there's been a bombing assassination attempt that very nearly killed him. But that doesn't necessarily make him more willing to leave.
