I think the question we should be asking is that if there were ten teachers who discussed this idea, and five of them thought it was a good idea, two of them had no opinion on it, and the remainder thought it was a bad idea, what was the ratio of teachers who thought it was a good idea, to the teachers who thought it was a bad idea?
