I worry this is going to become the next Duke rape case. (Apologies for Wikifist)

The level of really ugly rhetoric and people claiming aggravating/mitigating "facts" for a racially-charged event seems to multiply every day. But what makes this worse than the Duke case is that someone definitely died, and it's very likely there won't be any reasonable conclusion.
