Just saw this last night. Pretty good. A superb performance by Forest Whitaker. Not sure if I buy the key plot point where:

Spoiler:
the doctor is able to grab Idi Amin's personal hand gun, just sitting on the roof of a jeep, and in a fit of frustration, shoot a cow mooing in agony when none of the dozen or so soliders standing by with automatic weapons would. Surprsing they don't shoot the doctor too.

Also not sure if I buy the last key plot point where:

Spoiler:
the doctor is able to get away from Amin's goons, who for some odd reason took a break from torturing him and left no guards and didn't even bother to lock him in, and sneak out of the country by riding along with the non-Jewish passengers of a hijacked plane just released in a gesture of conciliation by Amin.

Other than those shaky plot points, it was good, with fun tension and with excellant performances. Thoughts?
