Naw, it's just as bad outside as well. As at my school (both outside and inside). And randomly anywhere in Hamburg. I've done some research on the matter and it's a common problem. Got a tech at O2 who flat-out told me: "Yes, our hardware capacity is currently overwhelmed by the amount of smartphones we sold."
Only problem: They've been "overwhelmed" for 2 years now according to other citizens of Hamburg.
