I'm referencing the fiasco in Ferguson, Missouri, US....but it's an open question for everyone, including those across the pond.

It's a fairly broad issue, but it would be interesting to know if your Community Police even has armored vehicles (that can withstand minefields), caches of gas grenades, rubber bullets, or sniper shooters....let alone uses them for crowd control.
