What "reeks" is the police dept. withheld incident reports and coroner reports (that are open public documents)....but instead released store video of an un-related shoplifting incident, and claimed it was b/c "the media" was hounding them under Sunshine laws. That's bogus. It's no wonder Ferguson residents perceived this as police protecting one of their own over a young black kid's civil rights, with hints of a cover-up.
