Its mostly the laughing about it after the fact. And you know, this is a good reason not to become a defense attorney. I just want Clinton to say "Do you think your client was guilty or non-guilty?" Followed by "Now that you think he was 'innocent' do you think getting him to plea guilty was just?" Or "Now that you think he was guilty, do you think his punishment was appropriate for child rape?" Just simple questions. I won't even demand "so why did you find the case so funny?"
