It means Comcast, currently, can block, choke, shape any and all traffic it seems fit to. That means that it can block sites that are anti-comcast, block torrents (comcast's attack on p2p is what started the lawsuit), hell, it could block competitors.
And worse, it could decide to charge extra for that content.


The FCC luckily still has a nuke from orbit option, they could reclassify internet providers the same as telecoms, which would be the mother of all bitch slaps.
