Just days ago, three dozen academics signed an open letter in support of the professor in question. Now we have more info about the conduct he's persuasively alleged to have engaged in:

Harvard's internal process looks generally awful in this account, but in a way that's become very familiar. One thing that kinda stood out to me, though, was this:
What are the laws governing this sort of thing? Because it sounds fucked up.
