The brits are are always featured in a brief piece of montage saying "It's about bloody time the americans did something".

Which comes not long after another short piece of montage showing the Houses of Parliament/Big Ben getting obliterated, which comes directly after the Eiffel Tower getting obliterated. Germany doesn't really have any such iconic landmarks so German cities are spared obliteration.
