Know what? Timmeh (and others) loosely throw around the words Indian and/or red-skin damned loosely over there! Ever notice that? I find that highly offensive too! Yes, us fucking Indians expect equal treatment and we should have had it before them fucking niggers or spics or rag-heads, etc! Jesus Christ...we was here before any of you other ding-dongs were! anyways, surfing the web at work is one thing. Posting on a forum seems really out of place to me. But then again, I'm not in the private industry so I guess I'm just not used to the idea of playing on the computer when I should be doing my job.

Let's look at the actual circumstance before we start throwing around words like hypocritical.

#1. The N word was posted in giant pink letters so that it could be read from far away.

#2. Fuck was not posted in giant pink letters so it could be read from far away.

#3. While fuck is a bad word and would be embarrassing if someone did actually see it posted in giant pink letters on my screen, it would not get anything like the reaction that the N word would get if seen by any of the black peers and superiors I work with. There is Zero tolerance for anything like racism in my company. There is not zero tolerance for straight up profanity.

I'm 100% with EK here, I think the sensitivity over the word is silly, but we were no longer talking about that when that big pink version got posted. It was a real attempt to get somebody in trouble and I think OG was being a total asshole for doing it.

Agreed with the general opinion, using a word generally is one thing, OG was deliberately trying to get attention to that word in a maximum-impact way immediately after being told it could have repercussions.
