I was talking to a highschool kid from california, he was telling me there, to be a jugalo means, that you listen to a certain type of music when you're with other juggalos, he gave me the example of ICP (insane clown posse), that being a juggalo is sort of a "fence sitter" or neutral ground as an alternative or something you can do in addition to joining a gang. So you can by in a gang like the Bloods or the Crypts, but also be a juggalo. Like a "gang" or "group" is the better word that accepts all other gangs/groups. This way you can still have a network of friends/support but you're neutral with all gangs.

The way this kid came off when describing the environment is that you have to join something, and that juggalos are the most passive/neutral group. No gang really hates them or has beef with them as many members of each respective gang are also juggalos.
