Seriously, I'm curious if people could think of an alternative. If this school is willing to spend $20,000US/14,500 Euro to equip a few trial classes in middle/high school with iPads, what else could they do with that money that is equally meaningful? I was going to suggest subsidized textbooks or some kind of major field trip that would be way beyond what the youngins are used to.
