I actually think it works both ways...more aggressive women "gaslight" too: their husbands and coworkers, male and female. I know because I am guilty of it myself.
We're all a little crazy; male and female. I'd be the first to admit there are times when something hits me the wrong way and I react; and it may have no rational basis on it.
Can't speak for all women as I am an oddity myself, so I don't always fit into a neat stereotype.

Last night as I lay in bed, looking up at the stars, I thought, “Where the hell is my ceiling?"
It's obviously a common tactic for dominating another person. The reason for the gender angle isn't that it's never the other way around; it's partly because of the focus of the blog and partly because of the stereotypes that are so widely prevalent in our societies, exemplified by eg. Cain's earlier remarks. Men are dumb, women are crazy hysterical.

This may be nit-picking but I think the term crazy doesn't quite fit when applied to women, its too broad and generic and not nearly specific enough to convey what is really at the heart of it -a more apt term would be "loopy".
Why? Well loopy is a more specific type of crazy, it indicates a cycle, a repetitiveness that only women* can truly comprehend (or endure).
*Some men can gain a limited understanding of this loopiness but only through continuous exposure to the "loop" over an extended period of time (20 years or so). Sadly it would appear this hard won wisdom is of no benefit to either party unless the male is willing to accept that his role is to always have the last say in any discussion... "Yes dear"
There is also another factor associated with the "loop" which is that physiologically, psychologically and chemically Women are complicated, while Men are not - this can lead to the belief (or realisation) that the former is crazy (loopy) and the latter is stupid (simple).
Then again, what would I know, I'm just a man.

Here's a thought for the feminazi's blog: stop acting like a crazy, hysterical bitch and see if there's a corresponding decrease in the number of times your crazy, hysterical bitchiness is remarked upon.

To be honest I do think it's mostly directed towards women and possibly children, but in that case mostly girls. But that's just my belief.
