This goes back to the OLD theory that every human is "pan-gender". That we're more passionate about people's personalities and compatibility than their sex organs, but social norms and expectations get in the way.But bisexuality isn’t a gender preference for both genders; it’s a lack of gender preference for either. For most bisexuals, the gender of the person they find attractive is substantially less important than who that person is. We’re not in the middle of the Kinsey scale; we’re off the chart altogether.
It also sounds a bit like psycho babble tho, from someone who laments grouping people into categories, but wants a new one.
