Actually, we are one step closer to SCOTUS hearing a marriage equality case, and making a decision regarding rights that states can't try to violate by ballot initiatives, or amending state constitutions.

The irony is seeing so-called Constitutional Freedom Loving Religious Conservatives trying to fight gay marriage by invoking Biblical definitions....saying our Rights come from Our Creator....while trying to [so very hard] also ignore that gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender people are born just as God intended....
