All the GW2 talk has pushed me back into GW1. I remember why I gave up the last time around. Stuck on one of the sidequests that is just driving me nuts. The Last Day Dawns. Quest takes close to 2 hours, and a win comes down to the random acts of my heros and henchmen in the last few seconds.

Ubisoft is dropping their always online DRM. Stopping just shy of admitting the numbers they used for its justification were bullshit.

Is it going to be dropped/patched out for existing already sold titles, or just future titles?

Looks exciting. Never normally pre-order (or pay full price for games) but tempted to for Xcom. I never played the original.
Just in time for black friday, so this could create so seriously sweet deals on previous generation games and hardware

I'd probably suggest just redownloading unless thats a problem. I have about an hour and fifteen minutes left on the torrent I'm using. In the amount of time it would take someone to notice this thread, link a download for a fix for your problem, and then for you to download it, you probably could redownload the whole thing.

I live in the sticks and have slow internets, otherwise I'd have redownloaded it. 3 gigs takes me best part of a day.

uTorrent is telling me the ETA for this is hovering around 30 - 50 minutes. I'll link you a direct download once I get everything downloaded and sorted. Hopefully the maps aren't too large.

Update #1: Just replying with an update. Everything is downloaded, however in order to upload just the maps, I apparently have to unzip the whole file first (or at least this is what it started doing when I tried copying and pasting just the maps you needed into a separate folder), which 7Zip is estimating at around 10 minutes. I'll double post to let you know when they're ready for download.
Update #2: Unfortunately the maps aren't 10 MB a piece, all told for the 21 map files you need, the uncompressed size is about 1.2 GB, zip compressed its about 525 MB. Filezilla is reporting that its going to take about 35 - 40 minutes to upload, which its doing now. Once thats done, I'll give you the link, but good luck with the download. I'll actually PM you the link, and once you're done with it, PM me back when everything is working on your end, and I'll remove it from my FTP.

As somebody's who's been playing Diablo 3, quite a lot, I'm cannot wait for this. It looks great (I even like the graphics).

Too many good cames coming out. I want Torchlight, but I've already played Diablo 3, and Borderlands 2 comes out tomorrow. Plus, I'm still not bored with Guild Wars yet. I think I'm going to need to quit my job so I can take care of these full time.
