Yes. And that's the PC to it.

I need some more power for Cities : Skylines. Also the new GTA is on my list which is pretty hardware hungry too.

Sexy! What's the native resolution on the monitor?

Yep C:S is running at about 25-30 fps on my rig, which is acceptable. I did upgrade the vid card recently.

Which is definitely enough for me. Even on that size.

New computer & monitor arrived. Everything runs nice and smooth. I have to get used to the huge monitor. Fan get's loud if I play C:S, the only downpoint so far.

Yeah, C:S does a number on my computer, too.

It's what confused me about the use of that acronym.

Timbuk startet with it! It seems C:S takes as much CPU as it can take. Currently my PC is absolutly silent.

The acronym for counter stricke has always been CS so counter stricke source should be CS:S

Went to the division 1b ice hockey world cup in my hometown! Was good fun, saw three entertaining matches, too bad the dutch lost 3-2 from GB. Other matches were lithouania (with a knight on a horse with a sword on the shirts!) Vs Korea (0-5), and Croatia vs Estonia (5-2).

    And!

Local football club became national champion! Apparently the party downtown is pretty huge so going to check it out in a bit

Yeh it's got a reputation as a destination for UK stag parties and hen parties unfortunately.

Hopefully the places we're planning to go will be devoid of any and all Brits.

Local pub organised a Poker Tournament tonight. I only ever normally normally play for fun but bought into this one off tournament ... and five hours later I won. Came first out of 28 players, very chuffed with that. Got a run of good luck, but also felt like it was perhaps the best I've ever played.

I've felt pretty "happy" to get a leg up on seasons.....which meant spring maintenance in late winter. I'm also "happy" that my township/municipal waste management company is picking up lawn waste at designated intervals. Am I lucky to have the garage space....or have I paid the taxes to afford that 'luxury'?

Also, I'm "happy" to witness the social and legislative changes over time. So many important transitions have happened during my lifetime.
