    10 years?

Ten years is a good punishment for being drunk and driving on a suspended license. Even if they don't hurt anyone they have PROVEN beyond a shadow of doubt that they do not give a shit about anyone else. They already had a suspended license for drunk driving. And they still did it. These are the type of ANIMALS that deterrence doesn't work for. The only solution is to separate the scum from the rest of society permanently. So yes 10 years is good for the drunk driving charge... NOT FOR KILLING SOMEONE. The fuck is wrong with our laws. This person's entire continued existence is liking pissing on the grave of their victim and their victim's family.

Hopefully she dies in prison and does the world a favor. I can say with absolute certainly say the world will be a much better place if that happened.

Why do you constantly create new threads...when there's already some thread addressing the same basic principles?

Lewk, how many constitutional amendments relate to people accused of crimes and how many relate to victims of crime? Is the Constitution pro-criminal?
Hope is the denial of reality

That's because the constitution is designed to limit the power of the government and prevent democracy from getting out of control.

Why do you think our representative democracy is out of control?

That is really awkward. Kind of doesn't at all resemble the preamble...you know...We the People...shape the government but in no way intend to make our current decisions unamendable. (Hey, add that to the spell check. It's a word.)
Faith is Hope (see Loki's sig for details)
If hindsight is 20-20, why is it so often ignored?
