No, shows I'm a hard worker? Pretty sure if English if my fourth language, I have to be hella smart or work my butt off scoring higher than most native speakers in those tests. Enh. I was in college when I was 15, and that's not even a huge accomplishment. I know homeschooled kids who got into college when they were 13 or 14.
Besides which, [public] highschool, especially in this country, is like a race at the special Olympics - you're competing against a bunch of retards, so it's no big accomplishment to finish first. If you want to actually prove your "book smarts," get into one of the high IQ groups within MENSA.

Smarter than me I guess? And sorry i didn't go to a private school when i was younger? My family was living off the scholarship money my parents had for their PhDs when we were living in France. Not fun times. And by the time my parents began earning 150k+ a year, I was already 14, attending a private school wouldn't really benefit me at that point. I've also lived in five different countries for extended periods of time; hence the quadrilangualism? or multilingualism. All private schools teach differently and all >good< schools expect their students to be at a certain level prior to being admitted. Every time I moved around, the language the different, the history was different, the entire curriculum was different. There was no possibly way for me to attend a "patrician" school because moving around crippled me a lot both socially and academically.
I'm pretty sure if I told you which high school I attended, you'd take back what you said about the "retards". For security reasons, I will not, but let's say the "dumbest" students from my school usually attend University of Virginia or such "stupid" schools. Technically, mine is a magnet school and the standard at my high school is much, much, much higher than all the public high schools in America. There are no retards, trust me. For example, only four black guys and three Hispanics in the ENTIRE school. Pretty fucking selective if you ask me especially since the school is composed of...91% Asians.
Lastly, if i can study for the MENSA test, i'm sure I can make it in. If not, then I'm not so sure. There are too many confounding reasons as to why a person is deemed "smart" or "stupid" and a single test cannot possible judge the capacity or capabilities of any individual.

Come on... it's not like you're at Choate or anything. You're at a public school. As public schools go, I'm sure it's even a good one - most public schools drawing from wealthy districts are, after all. But it's still a public school.
Well, of course. Everyone knows that the measure of a school's quality is how effectively they're able to keep the wetbacks and niggers out.
It's an IQ test, so no, not really possible to study effectively for it. And, just to be clear, I said one of the high IQ societies in MENSA. Not MENSA itself. MENSA is 98th percentile, and for some odd reason, I don't consider being one of the 140 million smartest people in the world to be all that impressive an accomplishment.
But if you are actually curious about whether or not you could make it into MENSA, they have a sample test (30 questions, 30 minutes). You can give it a try and see how you do, if you're really curious about how you stack up on the smarts scale.
Anyway, just saying that this isn't as impressive as you seem to think it is... ultimately, you're among the best in a non-competitive school system. A school system which, just so you know, the elite (both in terms of money and brains) already opt out of.
And, just for future reference, if you're trying to prove how mature you are, you don't start a "look how smart and mature I am" thread.

Mostly pulling your chain there, though having parents with a high education level is a huge predictor of their children's education level. More relevant for the discussion here, people generally look down upon those who try to score points with their "credentials". If you want to "prove yourself", just make intelligent contributions.

I have fascist parents. I didn't have a cellphone till last year and i won't have a car until senior year. They pretty much control my life, but i guess it's because of how my culture is. I guess my parents being educated facilitate my endeavors to a certain degree.

I think most people are reasonable to have somewhat different expectations for someone your age. Also, some issues are more complex than others, and it's not particularly difficult to get fully informed about some of them. More importantly, an important part of wisdom is knowing when to not say anything. Then again, you're 16-17, so as long as you don't troll, I don't have a problem with your posting style.

It even has the phone number of who to call on there, the person's name, and email address.
